Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing workmanship and installed systems are covered for two years after handover. Brand product warranties from suppliers (wires, pipes, fittings) are also transferred to you at keys.

Every stage follows a documented checklist — material receipt, pour quality, waterproofing, MEP pressure tests, finishes, and final snagging. Each checkpoint is logged on your E-Monitoring dashboard with engineer sign-off.

Licensed engineers review mandatory milestones. A stage does not proceed until inspection and digital sign-off are complete — and payments follow the agreed milestone breakup.

Report it through your WeHouse support channel. Structural issues within the 10-year window and MEP issues within the 2-year window are assessed under the warranty terms and rectified as applicable.
